Summit Pediatrics has been caring for children across Western New York for over 50 years. We will look to take excellent care of your child and we are proud to have provided consistent, high-quality care for three generations. 

Our experienced pediatricians offer a full range of pediatric care services to infants, children and adolescents through the age of 18. Our office staff uses electronic medical records linking all of our locations (Wheatfield and Lewiston), allowing us to access to hospital, lab and pharmacies records instantly.

Vaccines

At Summit Pediatrics we look to vaccinate all children in accordance with there commendations given by the AAP and CDC. In keeping with the best interest and safety of our patients, we ask parents to please review our Vaccine Policy at their earliest convenience to understand that we no longer accept patients at our office who do not agree with our policies.

In our 2015 Patient Satisfaction Survey, we received a perfect 100% satisfaction rate in accessibility
given to the families we worked with. At Summit Pediatrics, we understand the importance of being there for our patients when they need us the most. 

We are proud to make our commitment to our patient’s health and safety known and we look to do everything in our power to protect our patients that are dealing with conditions such as
asthma, ADHD and unhealthy weight. 

Since receiving Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, we have kept 96% of our asthma patients current with their Asthma Action Plans, helping them understand their medications, their correct use, and how they can always self-manage their situation. 

We have also begun to work with premature babies, to ensure they get the necessary developmental screenings while helping them overcome any barriers that may interfere with their growth and development.
