Patient Services
As a complete “Medical Home” for your child, Summit Pediatrics is conscious of the fact that children do not always fall ill conveniently during “office hours”. In order to provide our families with true piece of mind when it comes to their most valuable treasure - their child
Tuesday evening appointments are available at the Williams Road office, as well as Wednesday evening appointments at the Military Road location.  On Saturdays we offer same day sick appointments at the Williams Road office
Our Providers are on call 24/7.  Please call the office after hours 716.298.4454. One of our Physicians or Triage Staff will speak with you. They will have access to your Medical Records,and will be able to help guide/direct you with your concerns. If you do not hear back either from the  on call Triage or pediatrician within 1/2 hour, please call again.
We ask you to please cancel your Caller ID by pressing *87, when you expect a call from us after office hours.

Room or Urgent Care

but we feel we have a

Our Providers and
staff are available to
help you evaluate your
child’s urgent care
after hours.If a trip to
ER or Urgent care is
necessary our
providers will direct
you to the best place
of care. Please call
our office if your
problems are urgent
and cannot wait until
regular office hours.
